AB0567 USING Q-RISK SCALE FOR CHECKING CARDIOVASCULAR RISK IN PATIENTS WITH PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS

چکیده
Background: Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is an inflammatory associated with psoriasis. In addition to skin and joint involvement, there a growing evidence suggesting that patients PsA also have increased risk of clinical subclinical cardiovascular disease (CVD), mostly due endothelial dysfunction accelerated atherosclerosis, which are the main causes elevated mortality rate among PsA. For prevention monitoring progression CVD in practice scale SCORE usually used, but it isn’t adapted for checking autoimmune diseases can be used only after forty years old. Objectives: To check patient using Q-risk scale. Methods: total, ninety-four PsA, who fulfilled criteria (CASPAR) were examined standard diagnostic methods (including C-reactive protein, lipid profile). The QRISK-3 scales assess 10-year CVD. Results: Intermediate (12.4 ± 0,75 %) adverse events within next 10 was estimated 7 8 – fold higher than Q - score healthy age, sex, ethnicity matched subjects. Using classical SCORE, as low (1,9±0.24 %). Healthy Heart Age about 25 % predicted assessed by QRISK. Conclusion: Scale considers not such factors smoking, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol (which SCORE) index atherogenity, BMI, family history coronary artery disease, treatment antihypertensive drugs glucocorticosteroids, comorbidity, systemic different age groups ethnicity. appears adaptive informative chronic compared because uses all important etiological trigger especially presence process our case. Cardiovascular Risk in Patients with Psoriatic Arthritis
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is an inflammatory arthritis associated with psoriasis. In addition to skin and joint involvement, there is increasing evidence suggesting that patients with PsA also have an increase in risk of clinical and subclinical cardiovascular diseases, mostly due to accelerating atherosclerosis. Both conventional and nonconventional cardiovascular risk factors contribute to th...

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVES The present study aims to estimate long term cardiovascular risk in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) patients and to identify clinical and/or laboratory features which influence this risk. OUTCOMES The PsA group included 44 males and 59 females (p = 0.167) with an average age of 52 years (23-80). SCORE was significantly correlated with age of onset, BMI, triglycerides, FPG. Am...
متن کاملCardiovascular risk factors in patients with psoriasis: A casecontrol study
Recent studies suggest that psoriasis may be an independent risk factor for the development of cardiovascular diseases. Myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and dyslipidemia have been reported in patients with psoriasis Certain risk factors for cardiovascular diseases may be more prevalent among patients with psoriasis 3,4. The aim of this study was to defi...
متن کاملA study of intima media thickness and their cardiovascular risk factors in patients with psoriatic arthritis.
INTRODUCTION Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) is an inflammatory arthritis associated with Psoriasis. Its recognition as an inflammatory disease distinct from Rheumatoid Arthritis has put forward for consideration several questions regarding its specific CVS mortality and morbidity (9, 11, 16, 26). Carotid intima media thickness is a useful surrogate and sensitive marker to determine atherosclerosis e...

OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to identify the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MetS) and degree of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA). MATERIAL AND METHODS We performed a cross-sectional study on 102 adult patients with PsA and a control group of 102 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). MetS was diagnosed according to the National Cholester...
